This archived webinar, the fifth in ASCLD’s webinar series, Confronting Crime Laboratory Backlogs: Causes, Solutions, Expectations, covers specific examples of efficiency concepts applied to real forensic case workflow in a full service crime laboratory. In this presentation you will learn some general approaches to efficiency improvements proven to succeed in a crime laboratory environment. Along with these examples will be a healthy portion of lessons learned during these pursuits.
