2024 National Forensic Science Week Interview Series

2024 National Forensic Science Week Interview Series

Overview

In the past, the FTCOE has released written interviews with forensic practitioners in various stages of their career and working in various forensic disciplines. Last year, the FTCOE released a fun interview montage.

In collaboration with the Forensic Technology Center of Excellence (FTCOE), the Advancing Service-oriented Policing through Inclusion, Relationship-building, & Engagement (ASPIRE) team has created a short video campaign highlighting alternative career paths for law enforcement professionals as sworn forensic scientists. Jaclynn McKay, a formerly sworn CSI, through her interviews balances the challenges associated with this career along with the opportunities to help your community.
