- Hiring for Values, Culture and Potential: “Getting the right folks on the bus.” This concept considers why attitude, adaptability, and alignment matters more than just expertise. This presentation discusses hiring for future leadership, not just immediate tasks, and the crucial impact of onboarding new employees.
- Aligning Strengths to Roles: “Getting folks in the right seats on the bus.” This concept entails establishing trust with staff and leadership in order to identify strengths and match people with roles that maximize their talents. Dangers arise when roles are in misalignment – often causing good employees to underperform due to poor role fit.
